Family Yoga Play

Family yoga is about connecting with your child through play, movement and breathing. It provides a way for you to role model giving things a go while stepping into your child's world of playfulness and presence.

Yoga sessions are playful and lively; full of creative yoga movement, fun games, interactive storytelling, songs and music. The repetition of particular sequences builds children's confidence and provides them with skills they can practice in between classes.

Designed and facilitated by certified Rainbow Kids Yoga instructor, trained ECE and primary teacher Jasmine Gow

8 weeks from 11th August

A special time for parents and children to play and challenge themselves with partner and group poses. These sessions take families on a yoga journey centred around a theme and go from high-energy silliness (be prepared to act like a monkey) to calm stillness and relaxation. You will come away with ways to meet your child's playfulness, help them find their calm and develop emotional awareness.
